Pool tragedy
An Easter week-end house party at a luxurious bungalow in Northampshire ended in tragedy when a man was killed and two men were injured by a plummeting swimming pool cover. The heavy ’wooden cover, which doubled as a dance floor, was being hoisted to special ceiling brackets when the mechanism failed. — London.
