Kurashiki officers visit Chch
Two officers of the Kurashiki City Council will spend the next few days in Christchurch.
They are Mr Takashi Kodama, the chief clerk of the Kurashiki Museum and Exhibition Hall, and Mr Kazunobu Ochi, the chief engineer of the park section. Both attended last evening’s Christchurch City Council meeting.
Kurashiki is Christchurch’s sister city in Japan. During their visit the two will be shown city attractions and amenities, spend a day in Akaroa, visit a farm, Lincoln College and Canterbury University and spend time with city officials and members of the sister city committee.
