PA Auckland A man is alleged to have broken into his former girlfriend’s house on Thursday night and set it on fire after the couple had had a fight. A neighbour raised the alarm when she saw flames coming from the house in Chichester Drive,
Papakura. No-one was in the house at the time, but the fire is thought to have started in a wardrobe. A bedroom and the roof were severely damaged. A man, aged 22, was expected to face charges in Papakura District Court yesterday.
