BIL DB buy
Brierley Investments, Ltd, has bought 8.4 per cent of the ordinary shares in Dominion Breweries, Ltd. It told the Stock Exchange that 6,045,858 shares were bought by private treaty at 720 c each, costing $43,530,178. It also reported that its total holding in Dominion Breweries was 8.4 per. cent. Asked if these shares would be passed to Maghum Corp,!Ltd, the chief executive, Mr Paul Collins, said: “We haven’t decided yet It's probable.”
