A group of children enjoy a hike at the Canterbury Asthma Society’s annual summer camp at Glentui yesterday. Leading the way are Sarah Neale (left), aged 10, from Timaru, and Mark Lee, aged seven, from Christchurch. The week’s camp, which finishes on Friday, is being attended by 27 children who have kept their eight leaders very busy. Activities include swimming, camp cooking, and games as well as hiking.
