Plea for car’s return
A Papanui woman wants the car stolen from her home on Thursday returned in case she has to get her disabled asthmatic daughter to a doctor quickly.' The car, a 1965 Humber 90, was stolen from Mrs Margaret Eagle’s Oakland Street home between 5.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
It is brown with a white roof, a dented bonnet, and no hubcaps. . Christmas presents for her children were also in the car.
Anyone who knows of its whereabouts should tell the police.
