NZPA-AP Miami A boat said to have been carrying 48 people from the Dominican Republic was reported capsized off the coast of Puerto Rico yesterday. Four bodies were recovered immediately, said a United States Coast Guard spokesman, Luiz Diaz. The boat apparently was trying to illegally reach the north-west tip of Puerto Rico, when it capsized 200 m offshore.
