Sir,—The recent disclosure that the African National Congress plans acts of terrorism and violence at Christmas, a time of good will, serves to highlight the words of Chief Buthelezi, who said: “History has taught me that people who use terror as a means to power usually rule by terror once they are in power.” The truth of this statement can be found in most areas of subSaharan Africa. Hart remains predictably silent and indifferent as it continues to liaise with and succour the Marxist-controlled A.N.C. — Yours, etc.,
