The indoor swimming pools within the Olympic Pool complex (above) have boosted competitive and recreational swimming opportunities. The amenities are further enhanced by pleasant surroundings, which include a picnic and barbecue area and mini-golf course. The town’s recreational and sporting facilities cater for all summer and winter field sports, as well as golf, squash, indoor cricket, bowls, croquet, tennis and rowing.
