Hashed brown potatoes
Ingredients Three peeled potatoes 3 tablespoons of butter salt, pepper chopped parsley Method Cut potatoes into thick slices. Cut slices into strips, then into small cubes. Heat butter in frying pan. Add cubes and a little salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
