NZPA-Reuter London Britain’s leading antinuclear lobby has gone to the High Court to challenge the legality of alleged phone-tapping of its officials by the secret intelligence service, MIS. C.N.D. published a pamphlet setting out its case that its members had been subject to illegal.surveillance. “We already know that four national intelligence agencies may be watching us,” the C.N.D. said in its pamphlet, "Offence of the Realm.” "Between them, they hold millions of personal records on individuals ... and their contents need never be disclosed. “Once you’re on the list, as a subversive or potential subversive, you’ can never be sure that your phone is not tapped, your mail is not read, and your home not bugged.”
