B’vale denial
Bridgevale Mining, Ltd, yesterday denied that Mr Philip Hyde-Harris and Mr Keith Hunt were involved with Bridgevale’s proposed restructuring.
The two H and H and Associates partners announced their involvement “in the preliminary discussions regarding the restructuring of Bridgevale,” in a .'statement to the Stock Exchange earlier this week. The statement also said they had withdrawn their offer for Coal and Energy New Zealand, Ltd, (in receivership). But Bridgevale chairman, Mr Jim Wakefield, said, "They have not been involved, and they are not involved, in any shape or form.”
