‘The Press* in Russia
Sir,—ln the relative freedom of modern New Zealand an enterprising businessman is able to publish and distribute an Eng-lish-language version of "Pravda.” Surprising? Not really. But what chance exists for an enterprising Russian businessman to publish and distribute uncensored Russian-language versions of “The Press,” or “The New York Times,” in the U.S.S.R.?—Yours, etc., M. F. O’BRIEN. July 20, 1986.
