Return of deer
Sir, —Mr K. P. Shannon’s letter (July 17) makes for interesting reading. If ignorance is bliss then he surely is living in paradise. I am sure the Forest Service, botanists, Forest and Bird Society are all equally concerned about the proper management of this country, its plant life and animals. Instead of making derogatory remarks, how about some constructive criticism on management with the interests of all taken into consideration? Surely a worthy task.— Yours, etc., M. J. MORRISSEY. Kaikoura, July 18, 1986. ’
