A decadent breakfast is just the trick
If tea and toast is not your idea of a good start to a self-indulgent day, tune into “Julia Child and Company” this morning on One at 10.30.
She believes breakfast deserves more attention than most of us give it, and while grabbing a quick cuppa and some overcooked toast may be your routine on most
days, she suggests that a really decadent breakfast now and then will do wonders for your mental health. JuHa Child has recipes
for English muffins, eggs benedict, corned beef hash and bloody marys, making the kind of breakfast that will go on all day, particuarly if you throw in a bottle of champagne.
