Use of letter
Sir, — It would appear that S. R. Davey, in taking Mr Lange to task over the "letter,” condones Sir Robert Muldoon’s act (June 18). We have always thought a knight to be a person full of good deeds and chivalry. The vast majority of New Zealanders, having come into possession of a private letter, especially under those circumstances, would have immediately returned it to the owner. — Yours, etc., R. F. and G. B. HARRE. June 19, 1986.
