P.O. interest rates drop
PA Wellington Top interest rates for Post Office Savings Bank term deposits and investment accounts have dropped from 16 per cent to 14.75 per cent. The Postmaster-Gen-eral, Mr Hunt, said yesterday that a number of other rates had also been reduced in line with market trends. The new rates took effect from yesterday.
