Ex parte BOWER JOINERY LIMITED a duly incorporated company having Its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on business as Joinery manufacturers a creditor. BOWER JOINERY LIMITED HEREBY PETITIONS the Court FOR AN ORDER adjudicating ROGER MORRISON of 75 Estuary Road, South Brighton, Christchurch, Self Employed, Bankrupt and says: 1. THE said ROGER MORRISON has for the greater part of the past six months resided at South Brighton, Christchurch within the district of this Court. 2. THAT the abovenamed debtor is Indebted to BOWER JOINERY LIMITED In the sume of TWO THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS ($2,620.00) being the amount for which Judgment was entered In the District Court at Christchurch on the 16th day of October 1985. 3. THAT the abovenamed debtor has commited an available act of bankruptcy as follows: On the 25th October 1985 a bankruptcy notice Issued out of the High Court of New Zealand, Christchurch Registry In respect of the said ROGER MORRISON and the said notice was served on the said ROGER MORRISON on the 31st day of October 1985. The abovenamed debtor has not within fourteen days after service of the notice namely by the 14th day of November 1985 compiled with the requirements of the notice or satisfied this Honourable Court that he had a counter claim, set off or cross demand against BOWER JOINERY LIMITED which equaled or exceeded the amount of claim in the bankruptcy notice and which he could not set up In the action or proceedings In which the Judgment was obtained. 4.
