Racquel Blackmore, aged 11, uses a vacuum cleaner and water-filled glasses to play a tune at the Marshland School's science fair yesterday. Racquel’s exhibit was one of 50 made by pupils at the school. Items ranged from electromagnets to a robot with flashing eyes. Some of the best exhibits will be entered in the Canterbury Science Association's display in the Horticultural Hall next month.
