Canterbury bowls team unchanged
The Canterbury team for the final of the Rothmans inter-centre bowls tournament at Woolston W.M.C. this week-end is unchanged from that which won the zone five elimination at Oamaru last month. The team is:— Singles: M. Moffat; pair, B. Johns and K. Watson; four, W. Barber, S. Calder, G. Stanley and T. Coup. The other five teams are:— Counties:— Singles: W. Naim; pair, L. Short and N. Dunning; four, J. McCullough, D. Emirali, T. : Smith and B. Drabble.
Bay of Plenty.— Singles: S. Giddy; pair, J. Grafas and P.
Clark; four, D. Crawford, D. Glengarry, B. Hubert and T. Dalton.
Taranaki:— Singles: J. Murtagh; pair, G. Hawken and M. Symes; four, T. MacArthur, G. Henderson, J. Lambert and D. Baldwin.
Nelson:— . Singles: J. O’Kane; pair, D. Carter and T. James; four, B. Williams, D. Bagge, D. Mills and C. Walsh.
South Otago.— Singles: D. Anderson; pair, W. McLachlan and L. Morrison: four, L. Fraser, G. Roulston, S. Hall and K. Schroder.
The final will be played on a round-robin basis, with three rounds on Saturday and two on Sunday.
