Philosopher dies

Jiddu Krishnamurti, an Indian philosopher, author, and educator who founded schools in the United States, England and India, has died. He was aged 90. Krishnamurti, who had been ill since returning from a trip to India on January 12, died from cancer of the pancreas.—Ojai, California.
