The following District Post Offices will observe two late evening attendances to coincide with the shopping nights observed by the majority of local businesses during the week ending December 20, 1985: Kaiapoi, Barrington, Bisbopdale, Merrin. The University of Canterbury Post Office will close at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, December 23,1985 and re-open for business on Tuesday, January 14,1986. The Springston Post Office will be closed during the period December 25, 1985 tiU January 5, 1986 inclusive. Telegrams and.
