Big prize unclaimed
PA Auckland A prize of $150,000 in the Melbourne Cup Day lottery drawn a month ago has yet to be claimed. The nom de plume is “90 Family Syn” but the ticket, bought from an Auckland vendor, contains no address or means of identification, says the chairman of the Lotteries Board, Mr Warwick Kiddle. Finding the right person might be a problem, he says. “It will make a very big (Christmas) turkey for somebody.”
