The internationally renowned flautist, Anthony Ferner, rehearsing in Christchurch yesterday. Mr Ferner, who was born in New Zealand and studied at the Guildhall School of Music, London, will hold a two-day masterclass, starting tomorrow. It is designed to be of interest to all levels of players from beginners to advanced. He will give a free public recital at the Great Hall in the Arts Centre tomorrow evening.
