World control
Sir,—Donald J. McLeod is somewhat sceptical of my claim that the world is largely controlled by a totalitarian semi-hidden oligarchy. There are two basic theories of history. The “village idiot” theory claims historical events happen entirely by chance or accident. The “conspiratorial” theory claims everything of major importance happens because somebody planned it that way. I tend towards the latter theoiy. The French Revolution was fomented by the Jacobins and Illuminati. Their descendants, the League of Just Men, hired Marx to write the communist manifesto as bait for the masses. The same Americans who gave Lenin S6M to take over the Russian Revolution also helped to finance Hitler. They were also instrumental in engineering the Great Depression and World War II as excuses for setting up the U.N., the World Bank and I.M.F. Those who seriously believe the world is governed by elected heads of State also probably believe that “The A-Team” is a live telecast.— Yours, etc.,
