THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 PUBLIC NOTICE OF DISTRICT SCHEME VARIATIONS VARIATIONS 2 AND 3 THE Kaiapol Borough Council has prepared a district scheme Variation to clarify the zoning of a property in Raven Quay and several properties near the Sewell Street/Wllliams Street Intersection. Hatching of these properties on Planning Map 2 to indicate Residential 2 zoning was omitted in error. A further Variation has been prepared to rezone part of a property in Williams Street, south of Ohoka Road, to Industrial 1. The land was shown in Residential in error.
