Public Notices ELESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER RATES BY INSTALLMENT IT IS hereby publically notified that the Elesmere County Council at a special meeting held at the Council Chambers, High Street, Leeston on Monday October 21, 1985 RESOLVED by way of special order as follows: 1. That all rates to be levied and collected by the Council shall from the year commencing April 1, 1986 be paid in three (3) installments throughout the year. 2. That the said three installments will be due and payable on the following dates - May 1, September 1, January 1, and such due dates shall be endorsed on the respective assessments. 3. That an additional charage of 10 per cent (10%) will be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration of a period of 42 days after the due date of each installment. It is hereby further notified that such special order shall be presented for confirmation at the next ordinary meeting of the Council set down for Monday November 18, 1985. A full copy of the special order is deposited at the Council Offices, Lesston and Is open for public inspection during normal office hours until 4.30 p.m. on Friday November 15, 1985.
