Property sold
The large property owned by the Southland Times, Ltd, in Invercargill’s centre was sold at auction yesterday to an undisclosed buyer for $1,005,000. The price was the highest fetched for a commercial property in Invercargill. The 7122 sq m site fronts Tay, Connon and Forth Streets.
