Public Notices TRANSPORT ACT 1962 NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a formal hearing of the Transport Licensing Appeal Authority will be held on Friday. September 13, 1985 in the Chamber Room, Christchurch District Court, Provincial Council Building, Armagh St, Christchurch at 10.00 a.m. The hearing is to determine the following appeals: 1. An appeal by Thomas Francis Whittle and Theodorus Smit against the decision of the No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority of June 13, 1985 that approved the transfer of Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 8199 subject to the goodwill figure being reduced to not more than $12,000. 2. An appeal by Murray Henry Banks against the decision of the No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority of June 13, 1985, that approved the transfer of Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 10406 subject to the goodwill figure being reduced to not more than $9OOO. 3. An appeal by Lindsay Ernest Hooper against the decision of the No. 9 Transport Licensing Authority of June 13, 1985 that approved the transfer of Continuous Taxicab Service Licence No. 10224 subject to the goodwill figure being reduced to not more than $lO,OOO. TAKE notice that ST ALBANS MOTOR COURT LIMITED, Of 157 MOORHOUSE AVENUE CHRISTCHURCH LICENSED MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER carrying on business as a motor vehicle dealer under the name or style of DAVID HANNAH MOTORS, has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for the approval of ROBERT HERBERT SEATON KYLE, of 15 BAILEY STREET CHRISTCHURCH, COMPANY DIRECTOR, as a motor vehicle salesman. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from the 30th day of AUGUST 1985, being the date of the first publication of this notice. Any person who wishes to object to the granting of this application must give notice to the Board of his objection within one month after the said date of the first publication of this notice.
