Placement
Auckland-based clothing manufacturer, John Webster and Company, Ltd, has made a private placement of 140,000 ordinary 50c shares. The shares were allotted on Monday at an issue price of 275 c. The company said the placement enabled it to acquire more factory and warehouse space to extend the premises owned by its wholly owned subsidiary, Klipper (NZ), Ltd.
