Place in volley semis
The reigning champion, Skellerup All Stars Canterbury University has booked itself a place in the semifinals of the national volleyball championships at the Pioneer Stadium this week. Both Canterbury and Sparta of Auckland are unbeaten, but could be joined in the semi-finals this evening by almost any of the remaining teams. Porirua, the defending women’s champion, has qualified for the semi-finals with Sparta.
