Sight of nudists halts mail
NZPA Washington The United States postal service, which prides itself on delivering the mail through storm, sleet, hail and snow, will soon resume deliveries to a nudist resort in Florida. The deliveries stopped after the local postmaster saw “naked people washing their cars and mowing their lawns.” Residents have since had to drive three milesclothed—to pick up their mail in a nearby town. Agreement has now been reached. The nudists, about 200 families, will wear clothes or stay out of sight when the mailman arrives. They will also plant bushes round the mailboxes
