Kaikoura forum
A public forum will be held in Kaikoura in September as part of the North Canterbury National Parks and Reserves Board’s continuing inspection programme. The board will make time in its meeting for members of the public to come forward and ask questions and have discussions with the board members, it was decided at yesterday’s annual board meeting. The board will visit Kaikoura on September 13, 14, and 15. The public forum will be held on the Friday evening. Board members will also visit Isolated Hill, the northernmost reserve- under the board’s jurisdiction.
