‘Way to make adults grow’
NZPA-AFP Moscow A Soviet doctor has found a way to make adults grow from 10 to 25 centimetres by following a special diet and exercise routine, according to the “Leninskoe Znamia” newpaper.
In one case, Doctor A. Palko reported that a patient, a woman measuring 1.38 metres tall, had grown four centimetres in one month, the newspaper said. He developed the procedure after noticing that he had gained two centimetres at the age of 52 while giving corrective exercise lessons. He refined the movements and added a diet emphasising vitamins and mineral salts that stimulate the growth hormone, the newspaper said.
