REVIEW OF BASIS OF ELECTION OF COUNCIL AND DETERMINATION OF MEMERSHIP. The purposes of the Special Order were.— (1) To declare that the Council is to be elected by the electors of each Ward of the County of Ellesmere at its next general election; (2) That the membership of the Council be fixed at 13. A copy of the Special Order has been deposited at the County Office, High Street, Leeston, and is available for public inspection during normal office hours until Friday, July, 19, 1985.
