Public Notices fi ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER PUBLIC notice is’ hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act, 1974, and amendments thereto, the Ellesmere County Council, at a Special Meeting held on Monday, June 24, 1985, resolved the following matter by way of Special Order. REVIEW OF BASIS OF ELECTION OF COUNCIL AND DETERMINATION OF MEMERSHIP. The purposes of the Special Order were.— (1) To declare that the Council is to be elected by the electors of each Ward of the County of Ellesmere at its next general election; (2) That the membership of the Council be fixed at 13. A copy of the Special Order has been deposited at the County Office, High Street, Leeston, and is available for public inspection during normal office hours until Friday, July, 19, 1985. The resolution is to be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Leeston, on Monday, July 22, 1985, at 1.40 p.m: G. R.
