Public Notices ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Mutual Health Society Limited will be held at the Office of the Society, Hamilton Chambers, 199 Lambton Quay, Wellington on Wednesday the 24th day of July, 1985 at 10.30 a.m. BUSINESS 1. To receive and consider the reports of the Directors and Auditors, the statement of Revenue and Balance Sheet of the Society for the year ended June 30, 1985. 2. The following motion will be moved at the meeting: That this meeting authorise the Board of Management to enter into such arrangements as may be necessary to amalgamate this Society with the Grand Lodge of the North Island of New Zealand of the United Ancient Order of Druids (called “the DFS”) and that it be authorised in particular: (1) (a) To transfer the assets of the Society to the DFS (but subject to the DFS assuming liability for existing commitments of the Society). (b) To enter into such consequential arrangements as may be necessary with respect to the management contract with Underwriting Management Services Limited. (2) To secure the transfer of the members of the Society to the DFS Healthcare Fund. (3) To request the cancellation of registry of the Society as an Industrial and Provident Society. 3.
