Chch man to head tribunal

PA Wellington The Minister of Health, Dr Bassett, yesterday announced the appointment of a Christchurch barrister to head a tribunal to determine the level of maternity benefits to be paid to doctors. Mr R. E. Wylie will act as president of the Maternity Tribunal, with the other members still to be appointed. The body has been sought for some time by the New Zealand Medical Association, and Dr Bassett said doctors could now look forward to “significant” increases in the benefit'
