“Ultimate game”
Sir, — I was amazed to see the publicity given pride of place on the front page of your newspaper to the insidious new “game.” But that was soon overcome by the anger I felt when the item was shown on a nation-wide news programme. It seems bad enough that the callous actions of “heroes” shown on television become commonplace, but to think that people would choose to partake in such a “recreation” as this defies any rationale. — Yours, etc P. M. GEANGE. July 4, 1985.
