Liquidator for Gilby’s

PA Wellington Business Communications, Ltd, the company which ran Gilby’s Business Institute, had debts totalling $138,000, a meeting of creditors was told. The company’s receiver, Mr Peter Sherwin, said the meeting had appointed a deputy official assignee, Mr Jeffrey Fagerlund, as the company’s liquidator. Mr Sherwin said the meet-
