Sinatra goes home
NZPA-APHoboken, New Jersey Eight months after he vowed never to sing again in his home state, Frank Sinatra has agreed to return to his hometown. He will receive an honorary degree from the college he says he always wanted to attend to become an engineer.
The Stevens Institute of Technology will present him with an honorary doctorate in engineering. Sinatra pledged to boycott New Jersey after he was called an “obnoxious bully” by a state casino commissioner in a dispute over a blackjack game in Atlantic City.
