Mullins expresses schools’ concern
PA Wellington If teachers were to stop their involvement in rugby because of an All Black tour to South Africa it would be better if the tour did not go ahead, the chairman of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Rugby Council, John Mullins, said yesterday. Mr Mullins, said that “if it is to have that sort of
Affect on rugby then it is probably better if the tour does not go ahead. "That is looking at it selfishly; what is best for rugby. I realise there are a lot of other issues involved.” ' The Wellington Schools Rugby Association has already discussed the tour issue and voiced its concern at the possible consequences should the tour take place.
