Sarah Barker, aged six months, of Christchurch, won the Best Dressed Baby contest at the Spencer Park carnival yesterday. Held by her father, Chris, Sarah got a taste of the microphone held by the compere for the day, Colin McMillan, of Christchurch. The carnival will continue today. Proceeds will go to the Spencer Beach Surf Club and a local play centre.
