Boy’s condition ‘not comfortable’
A boy, aged 13, who was injured when his bicycle and a car collided in Shands Road on Sunday, was reported in a “not so comfortable” condition at Princess Margaret Hospital last evening. David Ainsley Butcher, of No. 4 R.D. Broadfield, suffered head and leg injuries.
An elderly woman who was injured when two cars collided head-on in Marshland. Road on Sunday was reported in a fairly comfortable condition at Christchurch Hospital last evening. Doreen Wilde, aged 79, of Rose Street, Somerfield, suffered head and chest injuries.
