Bowls cancelled
For the second consecutive year, the Christchurch Women’s Bowling Centre has had to abandon its open triples tournament.
the first two section rounds were played on Mon-
day, but little play was possible on Tuesday because of rain and more rain yesterday, plus the closure of so many greens, left the centre with no alternative but to abandon the event.
