PA Auckland - • ■ The New Zealand women’s badminton champion, Linda Persson, who was seriously injured in a motor-cycle accident on Sunday evening, was in a fair condition yesterday in the Auckland Hospital inten-

sive care unit. Miss Persson, aged 22, received a broken arm, leg and jaw after her motorcycle was in collision with a car. The accident has ended her plans to compete in an international competition in two weeks.
