Chernenko award
The Soviet President, Mr Konstantin Chernenko, whose health has been speculated about among Moscow-based diplomats, presented an award to the leader of Greece’s pro-Soviet Communist Party yesterday. The Soviet leader, who will be 73 next week, presented , the Order of Lenin to Harilaos Florakis in a ceremony to be shown on television. It was his second public activity since he went on holiday in mid-July. — Moscow.
