Hewson out
PA Wellington Allan Hewson said yesterday he would not be available for selection for the All Blacks’ rugby tour of Fiji in October.
Hewson, aged 30, said business and personal reasons meant he could not be considered for the tour.
He is still keen, however, to play for New Zealand again, and said he will be available for the 1985 season. •*
The All Blacks’ to be named on September 30, have their first match of the Fiji tour against a President’s XV at Suva on October 17.
