Body recovered
The body of a Christchurch woman missing since a car plunged into the Buller River at Fern Arch earlier this month has been recovered by the Westport police and brought to Christchurch. She was Brenda Joy Grey, aged 22. Three persons were in the
car when the accident happened, on August 2. One of the occupants was found lying injured on the riverbank on August 3, and divers recovered the body of the other occupant from the wreck of the car the next day.
