Corporate Finance The Corporation offers a range of corporate services including underwriting, company flotations, local and offshore financing, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. Applicants for a position in this area will preferably have experience in banking, accounting, law, or corporate finance with a stockbroker or public company.
