Danes retain world speedway title
NZPA-Reuter Leszo Poland Denmark retained the world team speedway championship with a win in front of 45,000 spectators in Leszno, west Poland, yesterday. The Danes took 44 points from a maximum 48 to finish well ahead of England (24), the United States (20), and Poland (8). Scorers: Denmark: Bo Petersen 12,
